Jess is an experienced teacher and school leader. She started her career teaching in mainstream primary schools before moving to the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities sector, most recently working as an Assistant Headteacher in a community special school. Jess has overseen strategic change in her role as a senior leader including improving teaching, learning and school provision.
