Simon has over 35 years of teaching experience and 13 years of secondary headship. He brings an Ofsted perspective to school self-evaluation and an impact focus to effective school improvement. He works to make a difference by highlighting themes; providing guidance and challenge to senior teams; evaluating the quality of teaching and learning; and supporting the development of precise improvement and action plans.
