Katherine Spencer Primary Support & Challenge Partner

Katherine has over 30 years of experience in primary schools including 18 years as a headteacher at three different schools. Her most recent headship was with an RLT school, a position she held for 13 years. Additionally, she has worked as an Ofsted inspector. Katherine has extensive experience of school improvement and curriculum development.
