Lucy joined the trust in January 2018 and has over 20 years’ experience in the education sector, providing administrative support. Prior to joining the central team in January 2020 she worked within an RLT primary school providing HR, finance and premises management support. Lucy is CIPD qualified and holds a professional qualification in Human Resources practice.
