Cat Hughes Primary Instructional Coach

Cat is a highly experienced teacher having taught across the primary age range for the past 10 years. Prior to this she worked across a range of Oxfordshire primary schools as a sports coach. Cat has held a range of senior leadership roles in both primary key stages, including the role of DSL, and, in 2018, she completed her NPQSL. Her responsibilities have included mentoring ECTs and supporting staff with their continuous professional development across a range of subjects. She has always had a keen interest in improving curriculum design and working alongside staff to deliver high quality lessons to improve teaching outcomes for children.
