Alec believes that experiences are key to a child's development and building skills for the future. Enrichment offers children opportunities to try new things and get out of their comfort zones, which helps to build confidence and promote a love of learning and exploring. Alec has worked in primary schools to embed a programme that has allowed children to expand their knowledge and skills through experiences and build on these as they move through their school life.
