Florian Le Barbier Secondary Support & Challenge MFL

Florian has 14 years’ experience in secondary education, starting as a TA, before teaching French and Spanish for a decade and leading the MFL faculty at Wheatley Park School for three years. Florian promotes a culture of collaboration between teachers to support effective teaching and learning and at the same time reduce workload, and trusts that self-reflection is at the heart of developing practice.
