Susie Morrissey Transformation Director

Susie leads on projects, procurement and risk for the trust. She has a broad range of experience having worked in the education sector for 20 years in both central and local government, as well as for a diocese and with multi-academy trusts, where she has worked in a number of senior roles focusing on leading change. Susie is a qualified project and programme manager and has managed projects creating more than 6,500 new school places, converted dozens of schools to academy status, managed a secondary school admissions service, made significant changes to schools, and established new multi-academy trusts. Previously she set up and became the COO of a diocesan MAT. Susie is currently a governor, and has previously been a trustee of a SAT and strategic board member of a teaching school.
