Richard has three decades of experience in media and communications. Richard founded and owns education marketing firm Comms for Schools. Previously he was assistant editor of The Oxford Times newspaper. Richard started his media career as a sports journalist, winning national awards for his writing. He is a tutor with the National Council for the Training of Journalists and is also a coach on the England & Wales Cricket Board's Chance to Shine programme, a scheme that introduces state school children to the sport.
