Following a successful career in employee relations in commercial HR, Jo joined the education sector in 2014 as HR manager of Kingsdown School, where she set up and led the HR department. Jo holds the CIPD Advanced Employment Law Practitioner qualification and ACAS Accreditation in Workplace Mediation, along with various other qualifications in leadership and management. Jo joined the RLT HR team in 2017.
