I am delighted to lead our exceptional Central HR team and help shape the next chapter of RLT’s journey. Following a successful career in commercial HR, my progression within the Trust since 2014 - from HR Manager to HR Business Partner, Head of HRBPs, and now HR Director - makes this role particularly meaningful. It reflects not only my own professional journey as a working parent, but also RLT’s genuine commitment to developing people, flexible working, recognising potential, and creating real opportunities for staff to progress.
