Sarah has extensive experience in HR gained across a range of different sectors; and for the past ten years has worked in the education sector. Sarah's previous roles include setting up and leading the HR provision for a multi-academy trust, strategic leadership of central support functions and onboarding new academies. Sarah is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and also holds a BA (Hons) business degree and an Advanced Level Diploma in HR management.
