Nicky Hughes Primary Support and Challenge Partner

Nicky has 25 years of experience teaching in primary schools, including 17 years in senior leadership. Most recently, she was headteacher of a primary school in South Oxfordshire for a decade. Nicky has considerable experience of collaborative school improvement work within a primary education trust. This has included leading CPD and facilitating peer support networks. She has a keen interest in improving teaching and learning through coaching and developing leaders in schools.
