Rachael Warwick Deputy Director of Secondary Education

Rachael is a qualified teacher who has worked in education for over thirty years. As a headteacher, she led her school to outstanding and then became the founding CEO of a local and growing MAT, a role she has held for the last ten years alongside a stint as ASCL President. Rachael is passionate about school improvement, providing support and challenge for school leaders and their teams to build sustainably strong schools which enable all young people to thrive. She is a Level 4 qualified leadership coach and believes in the power of coaching to unlock potential and drive high performance.
