Eilidh (pronounced Ailee) joined the Trust in September 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience in education-focused HR. Prior to this, she served as HR Manager at a secondary school in West Berkshire, where she was also a member of the Senior Business Team. Eilidh is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
