Gill Young EYFS Support and Challenge Partner

Gill has over 20 years of leadership experience in an infant school, including leading a disadvantaged school and opening a new primary school from its very beginning. Her passion has always been in the early years, having spent many happy years teaching in the Foundation Stage. Gill believes that the earliest experiences in education lay the foundations for a lifetime of learning, and she is dedicated to supporting schools to give every child the very best start, whatever their background.
