Mike is an experienced teacher and pastoral senior leader, bringing 14 years' experience of working in three previous River Learning Trust Schools. His areas of expertise are attendance, behaviour and managing change in a variety of school contexts. Over recent times, Mike has worked at The Oxford Academy supporting sustainable cultural change and making tangible differences to school culture, behaviour and attendance rates.
