Florida joined the central team as a Finance Officer in November 2025, after working as a Finance Assistant at a secondary school within the trust. She brings a varied background, including experience in finance, healthcare support, and interpreting. Florida holds an AAT Level 3 qualification and is currently studying Level 4 to further strengthen her knowledge. She enjoys being part of a supportive team and contributing to the trusts financial work.
