Matt Lord RLT IT Network Manager

Matthew began his career with an IT apprenticeship before progressing into roles as an IT Engineer and IT Technician, gaining several years’ experience in the education sector. Since 2022, he has served as IT Network Manager at The Oxford Academy, leading major infrastructure upgrades including network redesigns, server deployments, and the ongoing support of Google Workspace. In this role, he manages the school’s IT budget and procurement, oversees a technical team member, and works closely with third-party providers to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT service delivery. His work focuses on aligning IT strategy with school improvement priorities and driving projects that enhance teaching, learning, and operational efficiency.
