Alexa has nearly 20 years experience teaching Art & Design and currently leads an exceptional Art Department at Cheney School. She believes that all students can achieve their full potential in art, developing a strong sense of agency and belonging. She champions authentic art practice, diverse and inclusive curricula, and opportunities to amplify students’ voices. Alexa is also the Art & Design Subject Specialist for The School of Teaching and Learning and a Team Leader for Pearson A Level Art & Design moderation.
