Kim has a wealth of experience in safeguarding and has worked as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead for two decades. She has supported vulnerable students including Children We Care For (CWCF), and has improved attendance, wellbeing and outcomes for many students. Her role in RLT is to ensure Designated Safeguarding Leads and frontline pastoral staff have the support they need so that safeguarding is of the highest standard.
