Rachel Vlachonikolis Deputy Director of Inclusion

Rachel is an experienced teacher and school leader, bringing more than 20 years' experience to her role. She has been a passionate SENDCO and PP lead, with experience in leading teaching and learning in mainstream schools. Meeting the needs of all pupils has been a key priority, alongside staff CPLD and wellbeing. In her most recent role as headteacher, Rachel has developed school-led enhanced provision alongside a strong inclusive culture in her mainstream school. She has facilitated the NPQH and enjoys developing and equipping staff and leaders with the confidence and knowledge to fulfil their roles.
