Dr Heather McNaughton Chief Operating Officer

Heather began her career in the 2000 on the Civil Service graduate entry scheme working for the Ministry of Defence, undertaking a number of roles including in HR, procurement and as head of corporate governance for the Royal Air Force. In 2011, in her first senior leadership role, she entered into a jobshare partnership with Caroline. Heather is a graduate of both the government’s Major Programme Leadership Academy, and Operational Delivery Excellence programme. Outside of work she was a trustee and treasurer of a music charity for over a decade.
