Gillotts School has joined River Learning Trust (RLT), becoming the 30th school in the trust in the process.
The Henley-on-Thames secondary was rated Oustanding by Ofsted following a 2023 inspection.
An 11-16 school, Gillotts occupies a 33-acre site on the edge of Henley. Its 900 students come from the town and the surrounding villages.
Academic standards at Gillotts are both high and improving. In 2024, 68% of students achieved the benchmark of grade 5 or above in both English and maths, against a national average of 46%.
Gillotts, however, also prides itself on being a welcoming and inclusive community.
